Do-It-Yourself
If you prefer to design and lay out pages yourself, you can start with a blank page, and then do one or more of the following:

Use frames, tables, layouts, or absolute positioning to precisely position text and graphics.
Add page elements, such as text, graphics, page banners, tables, forms, hyperlinks, etc.

Add dynamic elements such as video, sound, or animated GIFs.

Add content or functionality that can change, such as marquees. (Marquee component: A region on a page that displays a vertically scrolling text message).

Format text and set the background of your Web page with either color or pictures.

Click right button on the mouse at a blank spot on your page, select your Page Properties... It opens up a dialogue window. You can then enter title, meta tags keywords and description. And then click OK. When you click the right button on your mouse again, select Page HTML...There you can add, e.g., HTML and JavaScript code and place them in different places of the page. Once you are done with all pages, you can then use VodaHost Website Hosting Service to host or serve your pages if you have not already selected a web host for your website. I call this process 'parking your website'.
