How to customize Archives page with a twist of Ads

I am using the Plugin developed By Fernando Briano known as List Category Posts (LCP) to customize my Archives page.
The description for the plugin is as follows:
List Category Posts allows you to list posts from a category into a post/page using the [catlist] shortcode. This shortcode accepts a category name or id, the order in which you want the posts to display, and the number of posts to display. You can use [catlist] as many times as needed with different arguments. Usage: [catlist argument1=value1 argument2=value2].
First off I make a list of the categories that I want to display.
The example is given only for one category Careers. The rest are done in a similar fashion. Besides the category “Careers”, I have three more categories concerning Careers namely Careers-Students, Careers-Jobs and Careers-Improve. So instead of displaying one huge Careers category, I display a shorter list of posts that is more modular.
FINANCE
<ul>
<li><a href=”#Careers”>Careers</a></li>
<li><a href=”#Credit”>Credit</a></li>
<li><a href=”#Data-Security”>Data Security</a></li>
<li><a href=”#Debt”>Debt</a></li>
<li><a href=”#Finance”>Finances</a></li>
<li><a href=”#Insurance”>Insurance</a></li>
<li><a href=”#Make-Money-Online”>Make Money Online</a></li>
<li><a href=”#Mortgage”>Mortgage</a></li>
<li><a href=”#Taxes”>Taxes</a></li>
<li><a href=”#Technology”>Technology</a></li>
</ul>
<strong><a name=”Careers”>FINANCE: Careers – Make smart decisions as a student</a></strong>
[catlist name=careers-students orderby=date order=DESC numberposts=-1 catlink=yes]
<strong><a name=”Careers”>FINANCE: Careers – Tips for how to get a job</a></strong>
[catlist name=careers-jobs orderby=date order=DESC numberposts=-1 catlink=yes]
<strong><a name=”Careers”>FINANCE: Careers – Tips for how to advance in your career</a></strong>
[catlist name=careers-advance orderby=date order=DESC numberposts=-1 catlink=yes]
<strong><a name=”Careers”>FINANCE: Careers – More articles</a></strong>
[catlist name=careers orderby=date order=DESC numberposts=-1 catlink=yes]
I, then, display ads for the Careers category. I repeat the process for other categories.
You can see the Archives page. I still have to split Debt and Finances categories in shorter lists so it’s much easier for the visitor to differentiate among the huge list of posts.
In a Nutshell
When the visitors click on “Careers” on the menu, they are led to a page where I have links to the three other Careers categories.
What do you think?
